· Bump In from 7am. Bump Out by 4pm
· Driveway beside the hall can be used to offload and for pack up but must be kept clear for Fire Truck emergency access.
· All stallholders are asked to park closer to the carpark entrance to allow for customers to park a little closer to the Makers Market.
· WiFi password will be provided on the day but remember that most EFTPOS facilities like Square will allow you to process “manual” or “offline” payments. The Internet can be a bit hit and miss out at Point Samson but it could also be like that at Cossack.

· Any hired trestles will be placed in allocated stallholder space ready for set up.
· Please bring water, snacks or lunch to keep yourself going. There is a fridge for stallholders to use only.
· There are 4 wheelie bins and 2 large metal mesh recycle bins for bottles and cans. There will also be a few smaller lidded bins with lids placed around the venue
· Each stallholder is expected to make sure their space is free of rubbish at the end of the Makers Market and ensure that their chairs and any hired trestles are packed away before leaving.
· We are expected to sweep the hall floor and generally leave the hall as entered like any hire agreement.
· There will be a mop available for any spillages.
· Additional toilet rolls will be available if needed and positioned in the kitchen area. It would be appreciated if inside hall stallholders could keep an eye on this please and action if required.
· Remember, this is a volunteer- run event and many hands make light work. Thanks for your support.
