No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All sales or workshop bookings are made in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.

Conversion to other currencies will depend entirely on the conversion rates applied by the financial institution providing your payment service.

Grateful Remnants offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Amex using a payment page which complies with the industry standard. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Grateful Remnants does not accept responsibility for losses or damage incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorised manner.

Grateful Remnants uses Australia Post Express Post Service for domestic and international deliveries. Express Post parcels can be tracked via Australia Post website and this adds an extra layer of security to the safe delivery of your precious purchase.

Delivery costs will be added to your shopping cart on check out but please note that prices may be subject to change without notice by Australia Post. Australian Delivery Rates are outlined below.

International Express Post will be charged at cost and are subject to destination, weight and insurance. You will be notified by email of the exact shipping price if requested.
